Barely works and zero customer service

We used DialPad for our mid-sized company with dozens of phone lines for well over a year. They had absolutely horrible service, it never worked right, had constant bugs and no one could ever help with any of the issues. Just endless email loops and excuses. We would come in one day and find that they had dropped numbers from our account and there would be no new ones in their place and we just wouldn't get calls from our clients that week, or we would realize that all the analytics data ...

Ready to jump off the ledge.

This has been a frustrating time trying to get Dialpad to work correctly. I am not a tech savvy person. I just wanted to close my account to stop getting charged, until tonight. I called Dialpad to close the account, and got on chat with a wonderful person named Karen. She was very happy to help close the account, but she also was concerned enough to find out really why. No better than any others - not fit for our purpose

This product is not better than any other similar product. I will say, it is much easer to use than GoTo Connect (avoid!). Intuitive enough, but could be better. Its so called link with your contacts database is poor and the support to fix issues is slow (still waiting after 2 weeks for a basic fix). Its analytics is nothing more than smoke and mirrors, providing no real insights. Overall, another product that doesn't live up to its own hype.

why don't you have a cancel button?

why don't you have a cancel button? Your rep got back asking for a support code. Why do people need to go thru these extra steps just to cxl a trial acct?
