Marlon did an amazing job solving the issue I was having. I had a problem with the pre-assigned number as well as the mainline number. He was very patient with me and was able to solve the problem. He made it a swift and easy process. Grateful to Marlon and his patience. Now that's what I call customer service.

A nice UX design with a terrible engine behind

We have been clients with call centers, talk etc for years. We have put up with their service issues, lack of features, months of delays and misrepresentations. We are constantly suffering issues like calls not connecting, numbers blocked, lack of features and a ton of other staff. This company and service is NOT equiped to provide service as call centers. Stay away and you will save yourself a ton of frustration. We are currently paying about 3K a month.. terrible tool, don't let yourself ...

The worst customer service I've ever encountered. I signed up for a trial account but before I could even use the software my account was blocked. After wasting an hour talking to customer support who just fobbed me off with vague answers I received an email to say my account has been permanently terminated because suspicious activity has been detected.
