Our small team switched to Dialpad because it offered call transfers at an affordable tier and others didn't. It works consistently as long as you've got a good connection. It's easy to set Do Not Disturb and let calls go to a coworker. My only issue is that the features that make it powerful for bigger companies also create a learning curve for a small team like ours. Great system and very user friendly. I have been able to gain so much knowledge and coaching from using Dialpad's interface.

Dialpad doesn't set the bar - they own it.

I've used a few programs for digital office phones, and none have come close to Dialpad. What I love about Dialpad is how easy it is. Besides being able to keep messages for years it also corrects spelling and punctuation. Dialpad also takes accurate message recording and conversation recording. I also like how it turns your computer into another phone line! This is a great tool for busy companies.

The customer service is pretty easy to get responses from. Their system is easy for someone with tech experience. I'll keep using them for our different projects. The system always works when we need to and haven't had any issues. The texting functions work great.
