Easy to work with, easy to use, and powerful as heck.
I work for a company that was spun off from a larger company and was provided a finite amount of time to set up an office, systems, and all the things one expects to see as an employee when they walk through that door. I've actually moved TWO separate…
I've actually moved TWO separate companies from other services to Dialpad. My ONLY complaint is that SSO integration is bundled in the Enterprise plan that requires a minimum of 100 lines.

Great app at best price in market
Great app at best price in market! Loads of features to suit your business needs. Only issue we had faced & reported but not resolved is call volumes on Andriod phones is extreemly low, can only use on speaker. On the other hand Windows app is flawless!

Love this and works perfectly.
Love this and works perfectly for all my business phone needs. The only issue that I have is that everytime I open it up I get hints on the account, searching and inbox and I can not figure out how to get it to go away. Other than that, very happy.

DialPad great value easy to use
This service is a nice tool for my business. It was easy to set up and easy to assign roles to the team. It works well and provides me with the ability to function in and out of the office
