What I love about Dialpad is how easy it is. Besides being able to keep messages for years it also corrects spelling and punctuation. Dialpad also takes accurate message recording and conversation recording. I also like how it turns your computer into another phone line! This is a great tool for busy companies.

So far I love dialpad, never had an issue with it. It's user-friendly and easy to navigate. The quality of calls is great too!

Dialpad is super easy to use, very intuitive and simple. I like that I can call and send messages. Also, love the transcript feature rather than actual recording.

Our small team switched to Dialpad…

Our small team switched to Dialpad because it offered call transfers at an affordable tier and others didn't. It works consistently as long as you've got a good connection. It's easy to set Do Not Disturb and let calls go to a coworker. My only issue is that the features that make it powerful for bigger companies also create a learning curve for a small team like ours. For example, we don't need every user to have a dedicated number, and it's not always clear (esp. on mobile) if you're ...

Great system and very user friendly. I have been able to gain so much knowledge and coaching from using Dialpad's interface.

Dialpad doesn't set the bar - they own it.

I've used a few programs for digital office phones, and none have come close to Dialpad. Dialpad has been very helpful

Dialpad has been very helpful in contacting clients. I use it daily to connect with clients. At times it can be a little confusing to navigate but after a little practice, it has become an integral part of my work day

The core software is terrific

The core software is terrific. Admin and Meetings can use some improvement.
