I just received online chat support from Noah, and it was excellent. I had several things I didn't know what to do and he figured out what the issue was and helped me fix it. Really great customer service.

Amazing Support

Great Value for the money. I had business phone numbers from 4 different services and I consolidated to Dialpad. Pricing was fair. Support is Amazing! They are literally always there and happy to help.

Dialpad is an easy to use, cost effective solution to not having a work mobile. I enjoy the transcription offerings for voicemails as it saves time being able to read voicemails instead of having to listen to each one! Also, love that I can text within the office from my computer!

It's excellent. Best phone service we could get for our company. The only reason I'm giving 5 stars is that the app on the mobile phone isn't great for calls, most of the time there is a delay. Other than that it's fantastic!

The organization I work for uses…

The organization I work for uses Dialpad to provide work phone numbers to its employees that work from home. Dialpad works well on my computer with a wifi connection and on my personal cell phone. I can say that any connection issues I've encountered are the fault of my wifi signal or my cell phone signal, and not Dialpad itself. Dialpad has a lot of useful features, such as texting and conference calls, many of which I have not used. - Kevin Turner

Awesome SaaS software!

I learned about the power of Dialpad at BQE Software, Inc. where I used to work at. It was very intuitive and I really liked the speech to text functionality. So it was a no-brainer choice to use Dialpad at my new small local moving business!
