Useful for Remote Teams

I've been using Dialpad for about a year now at my current job, and it's a convenient way to reach out to customers or to receive calls from them. I like the team and coaching features it offers, as well as the transcripts and ability to play back a call after the fact. This has been very useful to make sure we get all the details from our calls. Small Business Software moving towards Enterprise

Dialpad is one of the best soft-phone/VoIP systems out there and the first one we started using around 2016 after upgrading from our analog system. We still find value utilizing this system, even at the steep-ish price we pay yearly. I'm glad of the route we went, if we ever go to self hosted or have or own PBX, we'll know what kind of features we want versus what we need. Works great

Works great, I've used a lot of other 'dialers' and some don't have VM capability, which is crazy to me?! This one works great, I use it in conjunction with SalesForce and I wish it had some better integrations with it.

I've had dialpad for years

I've had dialpad for years. For me, an IT services specialist, it is dependable and predictable. I service other VOIP provider services for some of my customers, and Dialpad is better than all of them.

Dialpad has been very useful

Dialpad has been very useful, but it's pricey! We have loved the features and how it integrates into our Salesforce solution. However, its pretty pricey and it costs our small nonprofit a good amount just to use its basic features.

I have used Dialpad for 2 years. It is really user friendly and great for companies. I would not use it for large call centers.
