Thank you for the great support related to DialPad admin roles
Thank you for the great support; DialPad has so many features which can make it a bit easy to get overwhelmed if you are not sure where to access things. However, their support has been top-notch when I have gone through the chat. You do need to work through the "virtual bot" first, to see if you can find your answer, but when that doesn't answer your question it quickly sends you to a live agent on chat. Thank you!

Excellent Product with Superb Customer Service!
We recently deployed Dialpad at our organization. We operate a contact center that serves many different clients. While we are fairly unique in how we handle things, Dialpad has been able to adapt to our needs. We worked with a professional services team at Dialpad to get everything setup, port our numbers, and train our staff, including 60+ agents, how to use the system. I use dialpad for work
I use dialpad for work, It is awesome that it records calls and stores them for future. We also send all calls to a specific email. The only drawback are 1. we can only text one at a time, so when doing reminders, we cant send all at once. The other is that we cant archive anything, so if we need to followup on a call, we have to search through all calls to find, and kep a separate journal to know who to follow up on. Useful for Remote Teams
I've been using Dialpad for about a year now at my current job, and it's a convenient way to reach out to customers or to receive calls from them. I like the team and coaching features it offers, as well as the transcripts and ability to play back a call after the fact. This has been very useful to make sure we get all the details from our calls.
