MIGRATED TO Dialpad Ai Meetings

I really enjoy using Dialpad with my team!

I really enjoy using Dialpad with my team. The IVR is really nice to make our team feel bigger and more professional. Call recording is nice and it's very helpful to be able to go back and re-listen to what customers mentioned that we may have forgotten.

Great product and good support

Love how easy it is to use and make calls. The best thing I like about it is the amount of detailed analytics it provides.

I absolutley love this app/service! Having a small business keeping record of my calls is a must and dialpad is a one stop shop for all my communication needs!

Dialpad's desktop app is the best…

Dialpad's desktop app is the best aspect of Dialpad. Easy call transferring, robust settings options, and solid call connection. The mobile app and Zendesk integration are not as friendly, especially the mobile app which seems to have a really hard time connecting to calls.

Overall very reliable

Overall, very reliable service and it gets the job done, would like more features and easier UI, phone app some time has delay before I can hear the other end, transcript feature is amazing.

Everything is great for the price…

Everything is great for the price except for one issue I face sometimes. The phone doesn't ring but shows a missed call. Apart from that I think it's a nice service!
