I love this app it us user friendly
I love this app it us user friendly, and has been productive when it comes to driving new meetings for the business. sometimes I do feel like the round robin is a bit off. Other than that, good app!

What's not to like about Dialpad? Easy to use, great analytics tools, and clear conversations. The best phone app I have used, and Dialpad has many useful integrations.

Get's the job done
Dialpad gets the job done. It does get a lot of spam calls throughout the day but other than that it performs well. There have been some glitches, and after a restart everything is running smoothly again.

Used to be easy to chat with support
I really used to like how easy it was to chat with Dialpad support by clicking Help and having the option to go straight to a live chat with an agent. It made things a lot more easier instead of being taken to a page where I have to go through Troubleshooting links, and nothing matches my concerns.

Overall it is a great phone program
Overall it is a great phone program, and being able to text is beyond helpful, and it's so easy to add contacts to keep track of clients. Sometimes it is a little glitchy though, and though I haven't had major problems, it isn't perfect.

I like them
I like them. The ease of calling and messaging is fantastic. I do wish it was a bit better about showing up as scam to some people, but I imagine there isn't anything to do about that. I do like the way you can send a message to the IT people easily if needed.
