MIGRATED TO Dialpad Ai Meetings

Awesome for our company!

Dialpad is handy and easy to access/operate especially for the remote first company that I work for. I specifically like the feature that transcripts voicemails without listening to the actual voicemail, which comes in handy when receiving a call during a virtual meeting. I also enjoy the feature when transferring a call, you have a variety of options that include transferring the call immediately or contacting the recipient first to see if they are available.

Pros & Cons

PROS: - Simple enough to use platform - Good prices - Lots of simple customization - Can get hold of Customer Support easily CONS: - As per other comments, getting a helpful answer from Customer Support is difficult. They only read the same stuff I can access myself online. Also the answers differ from person to person - The definitions to certain objects is far too vague and their team cannot give you a clear answer. EG: What is 'Auto Transfer'? Is this within my control or not? No clear ...

For the most part, Dialpad is a helpful resource! My only complaint is that if you don't have the application fully open, and a call comes through, the application doesn't open up for you. Then the notification goes away so there's no way of knowing then the caller or if the call connected (which takes a few seconds, which is fine but obviously could be better). The transcription of the call is very helpful.

Love Dial Pad! It delivers and works well with our company, I didn't give 5 stars only because of the upcoming text message changes that don't have anything to do with how we do work. Works well, would recommend!

Dialpad is very worth using!

I recently switched VOIP services to Dialpad. The reason to move was an easy one, everything that they lacked, Dialpad has! Fantastic UI/UX, easy to navigate, intuitive phone app, easy integrations to CRMs. Clear calls, on the Windows app, web app, desk phone and phone app. I will increase my review to 5* once they have 100% integration with Yealink. Setup was REALLY simple, too. It works great with the physical phone, but the button on the headset doesn't work to hang up or answer from ...

I like them

I like them. The ease of calling and messaging is fantastic. I do wish it was a bit better about showing up as scam to some people, but I imagine there isn't anything to do about that. I do like the way you can send a message to the IT people easily if needed.

Overall it is a great phone program

Overall it is a great phone program, and being able to text is beyond helpful, and it's so easy to add contacts to keep track of clients. Sometimes it is a little glitchy though, and though I haven't had major problems, it isn't perfect.
