PROS: - Simple enough to use platform - Good prices - Lots of simple customization - Can get hold of Customer Support easily CONS: - As per other comments, getting a helpful answer from Customer Support is difficult. They only read the same stuff I can access myself online. Dialpad is very worth using!

I recently switched VOIP services to Dialpad. The reason to move was an easy one, everything that they lacked, Dialpad has! Fantastic UI/UX, easy to navigate, intuitive phone app, easy integrations to CRMs. Clear calls, on the Windows app, web app, desk phone and phone app. I will increase my review to 5* once they have 100% integration with Yealink. Helpful

For the most part, Dialpad is a helpful resource! My only complaint is that if you don't have the application fully open, and a call comes through, the application doesn't open up for you. Then the notification goes away so there's no way of knowing then the caller or if the call connected (which takes a few seconds, which is fine but obviously could be better). The transcription of the call is very helpful.

I have been using Dialpad for 9 months and it has been great. I am able to use it on my work computer as well as a mobile device simultaneously. It is a great way to keep work easy and convenient, without worrying about anyone having access to your personal phone. There are settings that allow you to silence/ turn off work related calls as well.

Dialpad for a mobile devices is what made me write this review. It is so accurate and saves a lot of time. Like you never miss a call and don't have to switch to your system for a quick call. The transcript feature is also appreciable

Great all-in-one phone & meeting platform

Very easy-to-use platform for our phone and meeting needs. I would like the option to choose (or opt out of) the hold music once I start a meeting, but otherwise everything works seamlessly.

Awesome for our company!

Dialpad is handy and easy to access/operate especially for the remote first company that I work for. I specifically like the feature that transcripts voicemails without listening to the actual voicemail, which comes in handy when receiving a call during a virtual meeting. I also enjoy the feature when transferring a call, you have a variety of options that include transferring the call immediately or contacting the recipient first to see if they are available.
