DialPad is easy to use...From an Admin.
DialPad is easy to use and easy to configure as an Admin. It works exactly as how you would expect a software phone to work. Audio quality is fantastic (using Macbook Pro speakers). Dialing is easy. Saving contacts is easy. Overall it's a great experience.

Great all-in-one phone & meeting platform
Very easy-to-use platform for our phone and meeting needs. I would like the option to choose (or opt out of) the hold music once I start a meeting, but otherwise everything works seamlessly.

Great for a small business!!
The app. is easy to use. Dialpad has great features, my favorite is being able to set business hours and upload custom recordings. They also have a hold feature that I utilize often. Great for a small business.

I'm so happy to have Dialpad because it…
I'm so happy to have Dialpad because it makes my job easier. My job is to be coordinating meetings, checking in with volunteers, children and parents. It is very hard for me to reach out children because they are in school in work hours but having Dialpad had made it easier. Now, I'm able to reach out to children after hours without me giving up my personal phone number. It is great to have it.

I have been using Dialpad for my business for two years now. It is very intuitive and easy to use. I have not experienced any drop calls a N calls have have great clarity. In addition to this, I am paying half the cost that I was paying with other VOIP Phone providers.
