Technical support from the company has been lacking. I have had problems dialing out and when I called the company they said there was no problem on their end. I lost clients. The issue was resolved months later when my company IT tech said to uninstall the phone app which severely limits my access to dialpad services while traveling. I've been using Dialpad for a couple of years now and never had any issues. Customer service is excellent and everything works very well.

What do you like best about Dialpad Ai Meetings? Most helpful option is that a traditional dial-in phone number is still available. Many new options like Teams make it incredibly difficult to just dial in. Another superb and valuable feature is the summary email at the end - who was there, who spoke the most or didn't say a thing, etc. Paid accounts get even more goodies, including a transcript. Great system to use for the office!

I like the way dialpad is integrated to work on my phone and computer. I have used it for 3+ years for work. The only thing I hope they change is that if I am texting someone I want it to always come from my direct line. If you have multiple lines in the office and enter a phone number to text someone, it may text from a different number than your main line. This can be confusing for people trying to figure out the best way to reach you.

Overall very efficient, with click-to-call and voicemail drop features

This calling software has been very helpful for my job for a call center. Compared to the previous call software that was used, the DialPad functions of click-to-call and voicemail drop have increased productivity. I like that identifying our different calling projects by name and phone number can easily be done and updated as often as needed by my supervisor. My company uses DialPad in its basic capabilities, but I can see there are options for receiving calls, receiving voicemail, call ...
