Terrible customer service provided by Jowalsh Ortega

I forgot to cancel the subscription after we stopped using the services and they kept on charging for 9 months. When we finally realized 9 months down the road that we are being charged for services we do not use anymore, dialpad did not have the courtesy to partially refund us even a single month.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Signed up and immediately had my account terminated before I was able to log into my account. When I contacted support, they said the billing department had locked me out. After taking hours to get back to me, the billing department said my account had been cancelled due to violation of their policies and accused me of "fraudulent activity," but provided no details on what the alleged "fraudulent activity" was or how it happened before I had even logged into my ...

Best voip experience I've ever had

Dialpad capabilities and stability in comparison to other VoIP tools our company used before are outstanding. You can read full transcripts of live calls, barge calls with a single click. The AI allows you to have insights on the call center agents performance up to "moments of uncertainty". Would recommend using Dialpad for every company that runs a call center.
