I love Dialpad
The platform is user friendly and when I had an issue I reached out to support and they were so quick with help and resolved my issue, which happened to be my user error. I appreciate their patience and guidance and can’t say enough about this platform. Truly great!

They are absolutely awful. They lie and offer SUBPAR support.
They are absolutely awful. What I agreed to signed up for isn't what was delivered. It is going on 3 months and they are experiencing "technical issues" that are preventing me from utilizing the phone service. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

Super Cheats
Super Cheats! I took 2 numbers for outbound calls under the pro plan and it was mentioned that you can do unlimited calling using the pro plan. The price of the pro plan is US$35 per month. Its not mentioned anywhere that to make outbound calls you need to take the "sell" plan. They activated the "sell" plan and charged US$300 on my card after the trial period.

The service with dialpad never really worked…
The service with dialpad never worked very well. Not only did we miss calls but it was difficult to use. We tried canceling but they acted "confused" only to find out they increased our plan (ie. more money) without telling us. Good thing we caught it and got out. Zoom phone is easier

Great app with awesome support :-)
Dialpad is a really great communication product that can help teams improve productivity and achieve their business goals! It is great for small global teams but also has enough features to run multiple large call centers. Their sales and technical support ranks among the best of the best!

Pleased overall with Dialpad
We are pleased overall with how Dialpad performs in our business communications. The ability to place a phone call to technical support is great, compared to Vonage, which only has chat support for small businesses. While the mobile app for iOS has worked excellent, the app for Windows desktop has consistently given issues, not sure why.

Amazing service, but high pricing.
So far, I haven't had any issues with them. Whenever I had issues, I just gave them a call, and it was resolved within minutes. However, the pricing is quite high compared to our previous provier, but with AI transcription and all those creature comforts, I can find the pricing justifiable.
