Haven't tried the product yet, but have to say the customer rep' that I talked to was absolutely amazing. After ended session, she followed up and provided me with more info that was good for me to know. She also followed up on the people she passed me on to and if they where doing their part (which they were). Amazing! Haven't tried the product yet, but if I do, I know I'll be happy and confident that all my problems will be solved.

Do not use DialPad

Having trouble setting up text messages, unable to speak to support. You can only speak to a human if you are buying, not available if you need support. Generated multiple support tickets, zero response. Unable to cancel subscription, when you try to cancel from admin console. The system prompts you to generate another ticket. Pathetic experience, stay away from DialPad. FYI we have been using RingCentral, tried dial pad because RingCentral doesn’t offer SMS service in our region. Hi ...

terrible company, cancelled my acconut, no one can help, cant find my address, cant set up or reactivate account,,,, spent hours trying to sort it out ridicilous

Scammer Vibes

Seems real scammy. I cancelled in February and see a notice that I’ve been charged in March so I check and I’ve been charged TWICE. I email them directly from their email to dispute this charge and it says the email is invalid. I never trust companies that make you jump hoops to get your money back. They also have this sketchy 3 day refund rule. I just want my $71.96 ASAP because after reading the rest of these comments this company is low key trash.

I love Dialpad

The platform is user friendly and when I had an issue I reached out to support and they were so quick with help and resolved my issue, which happened to be my user error. I appreciate their patience and guidance and can’t say enough about this platform. Truly great!
