Support was responsive

Support was responsive, and I think they did all they could really on tracking down the issue. Could be better on trying to come up with a temporary fix. If voicemail is down in this instance, is there anything else we could do? I wasn't really sure on my end.

What do you like best about Dialpad Ai Meetings? The best thing by far from Dialpad is customer support. They are incredibly on top of everything and measure no effort to help their users proactively. It is also an excellent tool for making phone calls, video calls, and even messages. Excellent but zero customer service

We have been with this company for around a month and let me tell you this … Pros: * excellent software * clear voice * AI is very useful * mobile app and desktop app is fluid and works well Cons: * call queue is only available on the pro version ( in fact most useful features are only available on the pro version) * you cannot call and receive calls at the same time under one licence * additional users double the cost of the licence * NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ( no designated customer support ...

Showed me how to resolve my issue wihtout calling support.

Called to have a number moved from a former employee to the new employee. in the past when we removed a user we had to wait 72 hours for the number to go back to the pool or contact dial pad to fix. He showed me how to fix the reason for my call on my own, which was not possible in the past but dialpad listened to feedback and make it possible for my to self service our account. Couldn't be happier!!!
