Excellent customer service

Had an issue with sending messages via DialPad and my customer service rep Jowalsh Ortega was able to solve it almost immediately with minimal disruption.

Great support

I've only signed up for a trial at this stage but needed helpdesk support 3 times. Each time support (in particular Krizia) was fast, friendly and effective. It bodes well if this is what their support is like all of the time.

He is the cats pajamas

I have been working with Mr. Garcia on my Dialpad service and other than one other technical service representative. His answers have been spot on and corrected my issues first time. Mr. Garcia is the cats pajamas with his technical expertise. Thank you again.

I have recently have issues with the Iphone app people not hear me on ether outgoing or incoming calls, tecs are extremally knowledgeable, issues are always resolved, allowing me to continue with my daily work.
