Had a question that was not easily…
Had a question that was not easily answered (a bit outside the box) and received quite a bit of help including drawing on additional resources within the team. Not 100% handled quite yet but they switched the conversation over to email so I didn't have to hang on. Very very professional and I'm very very happy about the help received

"Great Note Taking tool"
What do you like best about Dialpad Ai Meetings? I used the tool to test out the features and the note-taking ability. The note-taking ability and the transcribing feature impressed me. It solves the problem that it intends. What do you dislike about Dialpad Ai Meetings? I think the pricing can be reduced if possible and the product's name feels a bit lengthy and lacks the simplicity of a name like Zoom. But I'm not sure if it will have an impact.
