Do it yourself, they won't help you!

UPDATE I was able to make contact and resolve so I am updating my review as promised. I went to 3 stars as it never should have taken the effort to get something done right. I am happy to report that they did finally come thru. I signed up for the free trial under a monthly plan. I had forgotten about the date as i spent hours trying to get someone to do the onboarding with me but they never had a time that worked with me. Horrible customer service and no sense of urgency

Signed up for service a month ago and still can't text. Have sent corporate paperwork and contacted onboarding and customer service several times with no help. They were quick to take money for a service we can't even use yet. They are holding up business and don't seem to care. Trying to cancel my account

Hi I was happy with my Dialpad account worked great until I tried to cancel it, It seems impossible to cancel I’ve been trying for 6 weeks to date and my account is still active, I’ve spoken to over 15 different people from there and sent 4 emails requesting that my account needs to be cancelled and I’ve had 4 ticket numbers but still no joy, I’ve called my credit card company to see if they can stop any further payments but they can’t it needs to be Dialpad that closes the account and I ...
