Very good tool. Exceptional experience when asking for support.

The tool is very robust and helps me track my team performance quite nicely. But this review is for their online support team. I had an issue when trying to add a user to my sales center. I had to open a ticket on their online support center. Within a couple of minutes Jessica C was in touch with me via email. After a couple of mails she solved the problem. For my previous experience using the tool, and this great support experience I'm giving Dialpad a 5 star review.

The rudest sales team I ever…

The rudest sales team I ever encountered. I mean the arrogance and the lack of support for a client who is in the process of registering is bewildering. What if I'd had already paid them and worked with them how would that support be then? Laughable company!

Don't take their service.

I took Dialpad's service two months ago, their website clearly states that unlimited calls. Yesterday they cancelled my account by saying that your usage is more. What a pathetic service. I request not to take their service, They are lying. Support request # 2961225 The service which I was told about before using was said to be unlimited even on their website it’s clearly mentioned that it’s unlimited usage, but my account has been cancelled due to usage without any prior intimation and no ...

I'm so lucky that I was connected with Rey from Tech Support who was able to help me with everything I needed. When I explained what I wanted to accomplish, he explained that I needed to purchase 2 "AI" lines to replace the 2 "additional" lines that I had purchased. As I purchased the 2 "AI" lines, he put in the request to credit my account for 2 "additional" lines mistaken purchase. Then Rey helped me obtain 4 sequential phone numbers for my company.
