Rey made it easy to sort out my issue regarding getting the text service to work.

First there software is BROKEN

First there software is BROKEN, not unfinished that would be too good a compliment it's outright broken. Nothing in my trial worked. I ended up calling them to cancel my account for 2 days later to be bombarded with more zendesk tickets telling ME to cancel my own account. Go there on my PC and it's a white page (500 server error) to cancel. I've never experienced such a crappy company all year, it's disgusting. Oh and day after I signed up, I was emailed the next day, I replied asking ...
