Dialpad Meetings - The Communications Service I have had

I have had Dialpad Meetings as a service provider for way over 10 years. The service itself has always been exceptional, and Dialpad continues to upgrade its service without upping its fees. I am always able to get timely, competent, efficient, personal and friendly support with a direct call through a number clearly displayed on the Contact Us page. This morning's encounter with my support rep, Eric, just reminded me of what a great service Dialpad Meeting is.

If you are exploring a free trial with Dialpad, be warned: at the end of the 14-day trial, you are automatically upgraded to a paid account without an opt-in or email notification. Their Customer Success team refused to give a refund-- even a pro-rated refund. I'm our company's CTO and was excited to use them, but they are difficult to do business with. It looks like we'll be using OpenPhone.
