We had dial pad for 3 years in monthly billing in the third year they just changed the price from 30 to 35, the 15 dollars is a lie, with all taxes its 30 dollars, they also scam on tax and it changes every month. Request resolved the next day for adding mobile number

Additional mobile number request was resolved, sometimes on same time as chat with support - this time it took the next morning for a mobile to be added to a user when the license was added the day before. Would be great if there was consistency with the "adding mobile numbers" TAT process. Agent was great though. Thank you.

Dialpad Support is awesome!!

I have been a Dialpad user for almost 2 years. I have been in the contact center game for just over 20 years. I have used tons of different products. From Cisco to Noble.
