not recommended. very good first, then the pay starts increase with adding on 1/4 or whatever your pay for taxes. not upfront about fee and no any head up. be careful! whatever the fee on the web is not the true fee!

Their cancellation process is even…

Their cancellation process is even worse than their product. They force you to contact support to cancel (must have had churn issues) and support never gets back to you or allows you to cancel. I was charged 6 months past requesting cancellation and find this unacceptable. Save yourself the headache and find a better competitor.
