Very poor sales team on chat

One would think this company doesn't wish to sell their services. I have been speaking to a 'sales specialist' by the name of Princess Ociones Orenciano and it was like getting blood out of a stone. I still don't know how many licenses I need! All I wanted to know is how many licenses are required for one main number that rings two mobile phones.

I wanted to share a quick heads-up about our recent experience with Dialpad. Last fall, we signed up for their services, emphasizing the importance of seamless integration with Lawmatics, our CRM. Support wasn't great, account manager was!

Support was not great but our account manager William S was great, stepped in, got everything sorted and saved our account. We were most likely going to go to a competitor but he called me, fixed the problem and now we're happy using dialpad!
