Jam Dela Cruz is AWESOME

Jam was incredibly helpful and professional: she checked on me every 5 minutes during the hold process, understood what I was looking for immediately and when she realized that higher tier support did not have what I was looking for she kept looking for the right info. She offered to just email me back once the hold got a bit long and then provided me not only with the 3 recordings I was looking for but every other one we had in the system! I am very thankful and impressed with her!

Jam Dela Cruz is AWESOME

Jam was exceptional. This agent deserves a promotion. Jam was so patient and thorough in assisting me. She even helped me with the things I need assistance with in the future. She knows what she's doing and is knowledgeable enough to assist me with all the routes within the app and was able to resolve all the concerns on hand. Glad she's the one who answered my call. Go live support was excellent and our team is appreciating the ease of use of the system. Lastly from a management perspective, the live dashboards and reports help us to manage our member's needs and properly allocate our workforce.
