Support is Atrocious, Good luck actually receiving phone calls!

My company has been a customer of Dialpad for almost 3 years now. Dialpad was great for about a year or so for our business until we started not receiving notifications for calls or texts. After following everything support offered, it still fixed nothing for any agent on my team. Excellent customer service

I really liked the attention provided by the consultant, she was very patient and was able to solve all my needs, I believe that customer service is the priority in any business and Dialpad does very well to have representatives like Jam De La Cruz.

It's 1:11 AM The last thing I wanted to be doing, at this time of night, was working on my phone system. Rob helped me right away. He was patient (even during my frustration), very knowledgeable, and helped me accomplish what I needed. AND when we got disconnected (my internet issue), there was an option to reconnect with the agent I was speaking to! Overall a very encouraging experience for my businesses future with Dialpad!
