Customer support could be better

I hate vendors that make it impossible to cancel without going through customer services. I had written confirmation that my account had been cancelled and yet I was charged a renewal fee. Edit: After posting a review here, Dialpad support contacted me and proactively resolved my issue, so I have updated my rating and review accordingly.
