I hate to start my day troubleshooting the app. This is the 2nd day in a row. The agents are fantastic. The app isn't. It has been working like a breeze for over a month until this week.

Dialpad for Professional Practice
We use Dialpad for our Small Professional Practice. It gives us flexibility in our day to day communication being able to receive and make calls from our business phone through our mobile or PC app. It is quite scalable and customisable to suit our business.

All good. Sarah, the rep, is very helpful and patient. She provided me the steps on how to successfully download the Dialpad desktop application. She waited until I finished downloading it. Kudos to Sarah! She deserves a raise!!!
