Jam was so helpful in getting set up

Jam was so helpful in getting set up. She answered all of my questions and even anticipated what I would need to know so that we could get everything set up. Noah was responsive and helpful. Both were solution focused and I felt it was important to them that I get everything fixed. This is quite possibly the best customer service experience I've and in a long time. Thank you!

Rommel actually dug-in and helped locate the issue

Rommel was able to proxy into my account and actually locate and guide me to fix the glitch that was preventing my call forwarding. Previous agents just kept referring me to the Forwarding page in which the option was set up correctly, but it was the welcome greeting voice mail causing the problem. Rommel went in, actually looked, discovered the problem, and helped me fix it, so very nice and patiently. Thank you again!

Shocking onboarding and customer service in Australia. They'll sign you up and ignore your emails after. Very poor processes.
