Disappointing Experience with Dialpad’s AI Claims and Customer Service

While the concept and potential of Dialpad’s offerings are enticing, my experience was marred by unmet expectations around AI capabilities, inflexible subscription practices, and subpar customer service. I hope this feedback can serve as a constructive critique for Dialpad to improve its services and customer experience.

Awful cancellation process

Didn't really use the product but the cancellation process was ridiculous. In 2024 you shouldn't need to go through multiple customer support agents just to cancel your subscription. Would avoid this just on the basis of such terrible customer service.

Made the switch from Ringcentral after talking with Will, the sales agent who answered when I called. So far the service has been great, call quality has been fantastic, and I've even saved a bit of money.

Cancelling the account is a nightmare…

Cancelling the account is a nightmare and theres no way of taking the payment method off your account without first contacting customer service. The customer service is terrible, emailed them to cancel the account so I would not be charged but they never responded and charged me two weeks after when my free trial ended. Don’t trust this company at all.

Black listed without a reason

I was pretty happy with the service (not considering some minor billing issues I had). Some months I had to close my account due to inactivity. Last week I tried to reactivate my account and after several days emailing the customer support, I've been told that I've been blacklisted and I cannot use the service anymore. I haven't been provided any kind of explanation.
