DialPad customer service.
Jessica the customer service rep did as well as anyone could do considering the restrictions & limitations DialPad has in place. It is ironic and a shame that a phone service company does not provide a phone line to actually talk to a customer service rep, instead it relies on a chat line with generated responses. DialPad did not hesitate to sell up, but never inquired as to how their service was working. Our business lost customers when their calls went straight to voicemail instead of the ...

I do not like Dialpad at all
I do not like Dialpad at all. It is not user friendly. It is too complicated. It hardly ever works how we want it to work. If you want to lose business then get DIALPAD!!!

Poor webpage, poor experience! Not recommended!
Can't even get past the FREE TRIAL page! PORTAL has bugs! I was getting back and forth through email with support for over a month and they just ended up deactivating my account??? and they will only provide you with a generic explanation that some type of activity happened according to their Terms blah blah and they can't even say why they would restrict the account! Ridiculous! I wasted time and was even anxious for days trying to fix the problem with their website sign-up and free trial ...
