Terrible Tech Support and Shady Sales Tactics
Worked with C. Herera and Lucas on onboarding a new company, met with them multiple time experienced and initial tech issue on our trial and had to encounter support, support was awful for business customers, would not recommend if you have people who are not tech savvy, and ultimately the salesperson had to resolve the issue. When it came down to signing the contract we conducted a meeting, for which c. herera sent me a transcript of him giving me a final price which included all fees, but ...

Terrible service
Terrible service, signed up for an account and had it cancelled for no reason because I used the same credit card as I had used previously for another business to sign up. Customer service could not correct this and could not fix anything, basically just told me to kick rocks. Do not recommend.

Unusable account for 9 days and…
Unusable account for 9 days and counting. I was told there is a known work around for this issue, but it still hasn't been implemented. For the past 5 days I've been calling and emailing for daily updates with no new information provided. Unacceptable customer service. Great platform when it works, but the real test is when things aren't working. FAIL UPDATE: Work around solution finally implemented so upgraded to 3 stars. It took 16 days to resolve a mission critical problem.
