Dialpad Makes Communicating More Efficient

Using Dialpad has revolutionized how our office communicates. I'm in and out of the building a lot and being able to answer my calls on the go has made me more productive and makes our clients feel more valued. Dialpad has been great!

Dialpad has been great! We've integrated it nearly fully into our day to day routine. Our company is virtual; all of our team works from home, making the collaboration made possible by Dialpad and Ubercnference critical. My only criticism is that the only support option at the level we're on is e-mail support. With that said, support has always been very responsive and quick to resolution

I love the ability to switch from…

I love the ability to switch from device to device. It's amazing to be able to transfer and answer from my moble device and transfer all over the country. There is a bit of a glitchy nature to Dialpad and sometimes there is a need to relaunch or reinstall the software but other than that I really love it!

Review from a Recruiter

Dialpad has been very easy to use and learn. I like that it is all mobile so I didn't need an actual office phone anymore. It makes it easy to work on a desktop computer and via my cell phone which I do all the time. I use Dialpad all time in my job as a Recruiter typically making 50-60 calls a day and sending over 100+ text messages a day. I would recommend Dialpad to others!

The button to add the phone number to your contacts blocks the call star rating button. Other than that it works slick!

Great value and technology

Great value and technology, but the mobile app could use some improvement. All in all a great product. The mobile app frequently indicates notifications of missed calls/messages that have in fact been checked and requires multiple refreshes to accurately display notifications. I also hope they will include future support for directory/contact integration with IP desk phones. Our office is a desk phone based environment, so the PC app, while good, is an unwanted must for us. Will ...
