I love the features that Dialpad provides. Being able to have your calls forwarded to your cell, or have a transcription of voicemails sent to your email makes work life easier.

Large telephony companies are behind the game with expensive solutions and extensive training to support non-intuitive cpanels and complicated features. Dialpad is a better way. We have used several cloud based phone systems and finally settled on Dialpad. Easy to setup, easy to use and works across several platforms. Good responses to service related emails

I love Dialpad

I love Dialpad! It is so much more efficient than our previous phone system. It does lag at times but it's mostly efficient and makes it SO easy to communicate with everyone !

Great value and technology

Great value and technology, but the mobile app could use some improvement. All in all a great product. The mobile app frequently indicates notifications of missed calls/messages that have in fact been checked and requires multiple refreshes to accurately display notifications. I also hope they will include future support for directory/contact integration with IP desk phones. Our office is a desk phone based environment, so the PC app, while good, is an unwanted must for us. Will ...

Using Dialpad has revolutionized how our office communicates. I'm in and out of the building a lot and being able to answer my calls on the go has made me more productive and makes our clients feel more valued. The audible clarity on calls through Dialpad is unsurpassed. Transferring in-house calls, with name recognition, is super easy. Conference call availability is a major plus. Overall, Dialpad is easy and enjoyable to use.

99% of the time the app work great

99% of the time the app work great. The only issue I seem to have and it's quite rare, is that the number doesn't connect the first time and when I try to ring again, I can get through the line. Highly recommend it compared to other systems I've used
