I love the ability to switch from…
I love the ability to switch from device to device. It's amazing to be able to transfer and answer from my moble device and transfer all over the country. There is a bit of a glitchy nature to Dialpad and sometimes there is a need to relaunch or reinstall the software but other than that I really love it!

Good source for phone calls
Great for the most part, calls drop sometimes but only a a few a month. I like that I can have the app on my phone and computer so I can text and receive calls to both.

We have been using Dialpad for over a year now. Overall, we are happy with the program and use it as our primary phone line in the office. The only complaint is the quality of the calls some times, which may or may not be at fault for Dialpad.

An excellent application with…
An excellent application with frustrating bugs. I feel like the transition from ringing multiple devices and answering on a single device is always clunky. Bluetooth connections on a computer make the app difficult to use - there is a very specific process required to answer a call on a bluetooth device and actually have a connection at the beginning of your call.

Pretty good
I enjoy using Dialpad and like that clients can text me at this number. However, I do find it a pain that I almost have to double confirm when placing a call - shouldn't have to do this if the phone is calling through Wifi on my phone. I believe this is only an issue when I call on my phone - not my computer

Ease of use
Ease of use. Simplistic user interface. Great features and low price. You cannot get a better softphone service for a lower price.

Great product for video call with…
Great product for video call with sharing of screen. I replaced some famous platform with UberConference and for now I’m very happy!
