Horrific issues with dialpad

Horrific issues with dialpad. We ported our mainline, now half the people who call it cant get through the line is dead. Customer support is also technical support via live chat and they are very unhelpful. We've had nothing but problems, seriously wish we hadn't switched providers. Some of the features look good but if a person cant ring you they are useless

Horrible experience from sales and support while researching the tool

I am researching for a phone system tool for our customer support team. First of all - I was outside of the US when trying to set up a trial account - can't. Moreover - no reasonable error message to explain why. You just automatically receive an email saying your account is cancelled. These guys are shocking

These guys are shocking. Please be aware. They took my money and then pushed Dialpad software on my Yealink T53. They blocked the setup by constantly pushing a patch update. Dont waste your time. very poor, no accountability. I received no service, no refund and my phone cannot be updated.

Customer sales/service as it should be

Having tried to contact numerous platforms, Dialpad was one of only two that bothered to respond. Moses took the time to find out what my needs were and steered me in the correct direction. He then spent time on the phone to direct me through the sign-up pages and how to make the best use of the system.
