Mark with customer service was great

Mark with customer service was great. I took a bit to respond a few times but he stayed on until I got back to him. Most companies just end the chat and make you wait forever to be connected to another agent. Very impressed! Would definitely recommend!

Don't waste your time with this app.

Completely unreliable app with little to no real support in a timely manner. Issues with the app often take over a week to resolve, and their "tier 2" team works opposite of normal US business hours so you can't even collaborate with their tier 2 team to resolve an issue.

Jam was Dela Cruz was exceptional! Specifically, she was diligent and patient in responding to my questions. Her answers were clear and in understandable for a non-technical person like myself. She enabled me and my Executive Assistant to share a screen with her which made the exercise seamless.

Worst Experience ever!

Worst Experience ever! I booked a Demo, they sales agent never showed up to the Meeting or reply to any of my emails. I tried to sign up then I got an error so I called support... After they transfered me 3 times they just hanged up on me. Impossible to work with them. I have screenshots of how they sales guy did not respond to any of my emails while I was waiting to join demo meeting or after.
