Martin is very rude
Martin is very rude, after we connected in 30mins he disconnect the chat. the other guy is very knowledgable. Man train martin what customer service means, or just remove him if he doesnt want to work

All reviews are Fake! Before you buy anything try to reach support, is the worst support ever, they dont even say their name or anything, just say "Dialpad" and they keep transfering you to other place because they dont know what they are sellign!

Reign you were superb!
I had a fantastic experience with Reign recently, Reigns knowledge and patience were truly impressive. Th problem was resolved in no time, I like that kind of service. Dialpad have been great for my business overall but with representatives like Reign it makes it all the more worthwhile.

Turned Frustration into Happiness
When I called Dialpad I was truly frustrated! Jensen was truly patient with me and was able to thoroughly go through my entire SMS registration after it was declined and helped me to edit those errors so that I cold be approved. He went above and beyond and was calming and helpful! employees like this are truly an asset to your company!

Instructions were a cinch
Had some trouble a couple of days now, calls automatically drop/cancel. Miguel was really helpful addressing the issue & it was straightforward.
