Best Tool for my business I ever had...
I have never had a tool for my business that made me feel grateful I had it on a daily basis...it is such an incredible tool that I recommend Dialpad to everyone I talk with - a must have tool when you're doing business. Even when I have had a service issue, your customer service were great - they knew the solution and stayed on the phone until it was resolved. It's a great service
It's a great service. We have a team spread throughout the US and the world and rely on Dialpad and uber conference to stay connected as a company and to communicate with our customers. Is so easy to set up new employees and get them running. Supper happy!

I love Dialpad
I love Dialpad- of all the VOIP services available I found this to be the most cost effective and the easiest to use. Simple and straightforward, call quality is amazing.

Dial pad is great.
Dial pad is great. Allowing for texts calls, forwarding and conferencing easily. Downloading and forwarding voicemails also makes work much easier. I only wish you could mark texts/missed calls/voicemails as unread. Sometimes I click on a call and want to go back to it later but it can get lost in the volume of calls I receive. Being able to mark things as yet to be responded to would be helpful
