Simple, Easy and Effective
Dialpad has made it significantly easier for me to function and work remotely from my company. It allows me access to my clients while on the road and doesn't require me to give out my personal cell as a solution anymore. Calls are consistently high quality and the software is easy to use both desktop and mobile.

I love it. I can sync it to my google mail and it pulls all my contacts. I can use it on my phone and then switch to my cell phone!

We evaluated several pieces of phone software and Dialpad was the easiest to setup and use. It wasn't even close. Adding and removing people to and from a queue was super easy and setting up routing was very straightforward.

Good apps, excellent conference call integration
The PC and iOS apps work very well. The integration with uberconference allows high-quality voice on speakerphones; this is a big plus because we spend lots of time on conference calls.

Dialpad has been excellent for our team. It is reliable and works with Salesforce seamlessly. The SMS feature is amazing for keeping in touch with clients too busy for a phone call.
