Overall, quite excellent
Overall, Dialpad is quite excellent - very close to 5 stars. Only occasionally are there some connectivity issues. I love that my Dialpad number works like a cell phone number - as people can send text messages to my Dialpad number. A better integration of UberConference would be welcomed.

Great service but could be a little improved
Overall excellent service and well integrated but UX could be a little more intuitive and some features could be improved like displaying the caller while at the same time knowing whether the caller is calling your business line or personal cell. Overall 5 stars!

For us, Dialpad is a great time-saver and allows us to respond faster...
Dialpad is a great time-saver! We love the integration with Office 365 since our Office 365 ties into our CRM system and based on the user they have access to specific contacts, which then automatically show up in Dialpad! Also love being able to text from the computer - It's so much better than from the phone! We are able to respond quicker using Dialpad workflows. Also the app is so streamlined and well designed. Anonymity ability
I deeply appreciate the ability to use my own phone without using my personal number in order to have anonymity. Having worked in jobs before where customers call me outside context of hours it is fans to have message and blocking abilities when needed.

Best features
Best features, great reliability, fair pricing. We forwarded a business line to our cell phones, and it was great to be able to chose the reliability of our carrier network. Some others force only wi-fi or data connections. We tried others including Verizon's OneTalk and RingCentral. Dialpad was heads and shoulders above the rest.
