We drop a lot of calls which is super frustrating in a sales & service environment. Other than that the functionality of the system is quite robust.

Texting and use of features is great
Texting and use of features is great, but call quality is subpar. More dropped calls than completed calls.

Good customer service, some connection quality issues.
Very good customer service, feel like they really care. That being said, I do often have connection issues on my calls. Understandable as the service is reliant on a good internet collection, but that is what is stopping me from marking my rating higher.

Dialpad was an excellent replacement to our phone box. We implemented Dialpad before moving our office. It was so simple to simply plug in when we arrived at the new address. I like the way it can receive text messages just like a cell phone.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Dialpad
I LOVE LOVE LOVE Dialpad. Things I love: - being able to set "office hours for calls" - availability to text clients - ability to see each call, text, etc. in one smooth window of info - sound quality - being able to use it from my phone, laptop, web - customer service - every time I've had a question they've been WONDERFUL
