The Dialpad service has been reliable for most of the time I have been using the service. I did have an issue with Ghost Calls on my Obi device but I am not sure if it was related to the service or a flaw in the settings or the device itself . As a suggestion I would like to see an option on the free plan for users to purchase additional outgoing call credits should a user need more in any given month. Also being an internet "VOIP" service I think the service should provide for call ...

Simple to set up and great customer support

I like the simplicity of Dialpad and all the features. I have the desktop app and the Chrome plug in and sometimes they don't sync seamlessly. I had some trouble setting up my phone line but the support team was incredibly helpful and was able to get that working for me once again. Now I can't imagine doing my work without it!

Dialpad has really made the difference…

Dialpad has really made the difference for our business. We needed a powerful platform to enable us to save customer contacts, transfer calls, place calls on hold, merge existing calls, etc. Dialpad does all of that and more. The only hiccup I've experienced is call quality prior to connecting my computer directly to a hard-wired line. The customer service was excellent in suggesting I try that, rather than wifi and it solved the problem completely.

Dialpad has been very beneficial in not only saving money every month on our normal phone use, but is allowing us to integrate two remote facilities at little additional cost compared to traditional service.

Texting and use of features is great

Texting and use of features is great, but call quality is subpar. More dropped calls than completed calls.

Good customer service, some connection quality issues.

Very good customer service, feel like they really care. That being said, I do often have connection issues on my calls. Understandable as the service is reliant on a good internet collection, but that is what is stopping me from marking my rating higher.

We drop a lot of calls which is super frustrating in a sales & service environment. Other than that the functionality of the system is quite robust.
