We drop a lot of calls which is super frustrating in a sales & service environment. Other than that the functionality of the system is quite robust.

Texting and use of features is great
Texting and use of features is great, but call quality is subpar. More dropped calls than completed calls.

Good customer service, some connection quality issues.
Very good customer service, feel like they really care. That being said, I do often have connection issues on my calls. Understandable as the service is reliant on a good internet collection, but that is what is stopping me from marking my rating higher.

Barely gets the job done
Had their VOIP service for nearly 4 years. Not a huge fan of their customer service. They only have agents that communicate via email, and it's never timely. The agents were helpful, but it was just not the best way to receive technical assistance. It would take days to resolve a simple issue. In addition to that, their actual service was never reliable. There would be random times where I wouldn't get notified when a call would come in, or worse, I wouldn't get a call go through at all. ...
