Great app for our team of 100+
Great app for our team of 100+. Allows us to have telephone numbers as well as text support for people. Analytics are great. Also like the team feature that will allow calls to hit several phones at once.

The platform has amazing potential
The platform has amazing potential. The hardest thing to deal with overall is dropped calls. This is not always an issue but when it is an issue it usually is brutal. The program also has a speech to text beta program that is absolutely amazing if it works out. Overall experience is a good one!!!

The service is great for the…
The service is great for the organization, recording, and keeping of contacts, phone calls, and phone logs. Great analytics for tracking inflow and productivity. Had prior stability issues but have not experienced them for about a month now. Their support technicians are quick to respond to any issues, too.

Excellent interface, annoying handset policy
Excellent, excellent interface. Really knowledgeable support. I'm reserving 1 star... - because of the very limited list of handsets that are officially compatible with Dialpad. I was eventually able to rig my existing ("non-compatible") Cisco phone, but it was a long process. - and so there's something to grow better toward.

Uberconference is a great system for conferencing calling and sharing documents. It is very easy to use and the sound quality is good.

Sometimes the desktop app moves the…
Sometimes the desktop app moves the pop-up menus so I cannot click 'Delete' on a particular voicemail once I am through with it. Sometimes a warm transfer will not actually transfer and it has to be done again.

Really enjoy using Dialpad
Really enjoy using Dialpad. Quality of headset is excellent and voices of my clients are clear. I can easily pick up voice messages. Very simple to use.
