The Dialpad service has been reliable…
The Dialpad service has been reliable for most of the time I have been using the service. I did have an issue with Ghost Calls on my Obi device but I am not sure if it was related to the service or a flaw in the settings or the device itself . As a suggestion I would like to see an option on the free plan for users to purchase additional outgoing call credits should a user need more in any given month. Also being an internet "VOIP" service I think the service should provide for call ...

Simple to set up and great customer support
I like the simplicity of Dialpad and all the features. I have the desktop app and the Chrome plug in and sometimes they don't sync seamlessly. I had some trouble setting up my phone line but the support team was incredibly helpful and was able to get that working for me once again. Now I can't imagine doing my work without it!

Product works well. Tracking down issues with customer support has been hit and miss, but luckily those issues have been minor.

Service is rather spotty
Service is rather spotty. The desktop app is prone to freezing and randomly disconnecting from my mic and headphones. I end up taking quite a few calls on my phone app due to this. The phone app is spotty as well - sometimes it takes AGES to connect and make the call, and sometimes the call goes through immediately but has no audio. It's rare that I make a call from the phone app and it works perfectly on the first try. And it's even worse when an update rolls out - that just makes things ...

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Dialpad. Things I love: - being able to set "office hours for calls" - availability to text clients - ability to see each call, text, etc. in one smooth window of info - sound quality - being able to use it from my phone, laptop, web - customer service - every time I've had a question they've been WONDERFUL

Great app for our team of 100+
Great app for our team of 100+. Allows us to have telephone numbers as well as text support for people. Analytics are great. Also like the team feature that will allow calls to hit several phones at once.
