Service is rather spotty

Service is rather spotty. The desktop app is prone to freezing and randomly disconnecting from my mic and headphones. I end up taking quite a few calls on my phone app due to this. The phone app is spotty as well - sometimes it takes AGES to connect and make the call, and sometimes the call goes through immediately but has no audio. It's rare that I make a call from the phone app and it works perfectly on the first try. And it's even worse when an update rolls out - that just makes things ...

Great customer service and easy setup

Great customer service and easy setup. Still working on integrating all of the features into our business so I can't speak to the long term functionality but based on first impressions I am optimistic.

Fine service, wish call quality were more reliable, but features make up for it.

Great customer service - they are missing some features I think should be standard - such as integration with my phone's phone book in the way that say Sideline works, where it calls straight to my phone line and I can see that it is a sideline call. It's either that or their voip is less reliable over my data than is Sideline. Of course Dialpad has some crazy features that nobody else seems to have, so I keep them for that reason (auto-AI-transcription, for example, and a dead simple and ...

Great Product, Reliable Service, Attentive Support

Even though they don't have a customer line to call, they have great customer service. They have always been quick to respond and eager to please. My company operates 24/7/365 and we have not noticed any service issues. Dialpad has been a great solution for our needs. Updates and fixes come in a very timely manner (in my experience). And they're constantly improving the product. I don't think that you can beat it. Especially, for the price.

Great User Experience and Dynamite Sound Quality

I switched my numerous numbers and accounts from RingCentral to Dialpad and have zero regrets. Dialpad's user interface is clean and easy to use, their tech support has been both helpful and responsive, and the sound quality of the service has been excellent. I highly recommend their service.
