They do not allow you to cancel your…

They do not allow you to cancel your account. I have been emailing them for months and they keep passing me onto 'someone new' and asking 'do you not still need your account for business?'. If I still needed the account I would not be cancelling. Meanwhile, they have continued to charge me monthly. Scam. Beware.

Please don’t waste your money on Dailpad

I strongly advise staying away from Dialpad. Their customer service and support are among the worst I've experienced. I signed up for their service, and without any notification or explanation, they abruptly canceled it. Imagine having an important call with a customer and your service suddenly gets cut off—this could severely impact your business. Avoid this company at all costs. Great customer service!

Jam was so patient and made sure the issue we were having was resolved fully. She didn't want to make me wait on hold while she was waiting for the specialist to assist her in finalizing my resolution, so she offered to provide a call back. I'm always hesitant about call backs because customer service can be unreliable, but Jam was the best! She called back, resolved my issue, and then also followed up the next day. Dialpad customer service is great!
