5 stars - Jam and Preston were very helpful and solved my problem. They responded quickly, kindly, and thoroughly. 1 star - My organization's email domain was flagged as spam, it may be good to implement a check at sign-up so this doesn't happen to others. Also, I am concerned about Dialpad's choice to hide opting out of AI training in a policy that is hard to find on the site and require a manual update via email. Not For Small Retail Business

Not For Small Retail Business. Dialpad is difficult to work with and will eat your time. I have lost over 8 hours trying to set up a phone.

Added costs and cannot decrease.

It shows the price is $15-27 per user per month, however, we are being billed $67 per month instead of $27. I have chatted with support multiple times and still am being billed $67 per month because of the AI.

EXTORTIONATE SMS

EXTORTIONATE SMS - Either ALL users with a mobile number have to have an unlimited SMS license for £180 per person, OR, ALL users have to be on a pay per sms basis. So if there are 100 people in your office with mobile numbers, and only 1 needs to have unlimited SMS, you need to pay 100*£180 = £18,000 EVERY YEAR!!!!!!!!!

Never respond to support requests.

I need to cancell my service as the my business is closing. No one gets back to me, the chat is always "Outside of business hours". Then says a ticket has been raised and someone will contact me. Never get contacted, nothing. Terrible company to deal with, basically stealing money from me at this point.

Jeremy helped me a lot

Jeremy helped me a lot. He was familiar with the issue I was experiencing and didn't need to ask any probing questions to offer a resolution in less than five minutes. I also had a few more inquiries, and he was able to assist me with those as well.

Severo Geonzon was so rude - Ended the chat

I was talking to Severo Geonzon and he was so rude. He ended the chat in the middle when I requested a scheduled call. From the get go he was trying to end the convo, and not answering my questions. Never had this kind of rude CS experience in the recent past.
