Gratitude for Live Support Expert

1st - I am so grateful that there are real live actual support staff to help resolve issues. Francis was excellent and handled what was a sensitive and difficult problem during our chat. I am a difficult client to get problems resolved thru chat bots. Francis also gave me a phone number to contact someone if I needed additional assistance. Thank you Francis! and thank you DialPad!

Best effort

Mark could have referred me out to an external support team but instead provided best effort support. In doing so I was able to learn some useful things about the Dialpad single page web app and how to access routes directly through URI even when the UI might have omitted the link.

I contacted sales and they took a week…

I contacted sales and they took a week to figure out what service I need and then gave a qoute, I agreed and then they sent me invitation link. As soon as I signed up I received email saying that my services are cancelled and the support says that my usage is not according to the policies but I never used it in first place I even don't know how the interface looks like. This is pathetic that I told them in advance that I will be using it from my home country and not from US and they said ...
